Summary for Clients & Apprentices
At ARdevlopers Technologies, we stand for engineering craftsmanship, transparent agreements, and educational rigor. These terms outline how we deliver software for our clients, the rights of apprentices participating in our cohorts, and how authentic certificates can be verified globally.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "Apprentice", "Visitor", or "User") and ARdevlopers Technologies ("ARdevlopers", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, engaging our custom software engineering services, submitting project inquiries, applying for remote apprenticeship cohorts, or utilizing our authenticated portals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of our website, services, and client portals.
2. About ARdevlopers Technologies
ARdevlopers Technologies is a Udyam-registered Micro Enterprise (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-23-0447618) operating from Maharashtra, India. You can contact us at contact@ardevlopers.online. The registration can be checked on the official Udyam portal.
Udyam Registration is a classification record maintained by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. It is not a licence, a quality or safety certification, an endorsement of our services by any government body, or an educational accreditation.
3. Custom Software Engineering & Client Engagements
ARdevlopers Technologies designs, architects, engineers, and deploys custom software solutions, including web applications, React Native mobile apps, cloud backend infrastructures, and DevOps automation.
- Scope of Work (SOW): Each client project is governed by a mutually agreed digital proposal, statement of work, or sprint milestone plan outlining functional deliverables, technology stacks, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
- Milestone Reviews & Approvals: Clients receive progressive sprint previews via private staging environments. Feedback must be communicated within designated sprint review windows to maintain delivery schedules.
- Source Code & Intellectual Property Transfer: Full ownership of custom source code, documentation, and production build assets is transferred to the client upon full settlement of all agreed financial invoices.
4. Remote Training & Mentorship Programs (Apprenticeship)
ARdevlopers Technologies operates a specialized educational apprenticeship and mentorship program designed for engineering students and aspiring developers worldwide.
- Academic Integrity: Apprentices are required to author genuine engineering solutions. Plagiarism, unlicensed code lifting, or submitting unreviewed automated AI output without understanding will result in immediate disqualification.
- Mentorship Feedback: Review comments from mentors are designed for technical growth. Apprentices agree to address feedback with professional etiquette.
- Program fee, no stipend: A program fee applies to every program and covers the training, mentorship, certificate and letters (the certificate and letters are issued only on successful completion). The amount is not listed on this website; we confirm it to you in writing before you pay, and submitting an application does not charge you. No stipend is paid. This is a training program, not a job or an employment internship, and we do not promise or imply a job offer, placement or any particular career outcome.
- Attendance and assessment: Daily check-ins are recorded in the portal. We set no fixed attendance percentage; mentors review participation and milestone progress, and our engineering leads decide whether the program has been completed.
- Projects: Practice projects and modules are assigned by mentors for each cohort. We do not promise a specific project, client work or production deployment. The current terms of each track are summarised on its page at /internships.
5. Company-Issued Certificates & Verification
Upon successful completion of the program and evaluation by our engineering leads, participants receive a company-issued Certificate of Completion. A Letter of Recommendation may be written for strong performers at the mentors' discretion; it is not guaranteed.
Certificates are issued by ARdevlopers Technologies as a record of participation or completion in its own programs. They are not issued, approved or endorsed by AICTE, UGC, any university or any government body, and they are not a degree, diploma or licence.
- Permanent Issue ID: Each certificate features an immutable identifier formatted as
ARDEV-INT-YYYY-XXXXand a cryptographic verification token. - Public Verification Access: Anyone who has a certificate ID can check it at /verify, without an account or fee. The check shows the recipient's name, certificate ID, program and field, program dates, issue date and status. The certificate PDF, a public link and a QR code are shared only where we have enabled public verification for that certificate. A successful check confirms only that ARdevlopers Technologies issued that certificate; it says nothing about the holder's ability or about any third party's approval.
- Revocation Policy: ARdevlopers reserves the unilateral right to revoke any certificate if discovery is made that the credential was obtained through fraudulent means, falsified credentials, or severe breach of code of conduct. Revoked certificates display a clear revocation timestamp in the public registry.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Training programs: The program fee for the programs in section 4 is confirmed to you in writing before you pay. Payment is offline, by bank transfer or UPI, to the account details in that written confirmation sent from contact@ardevlopers.online. Please tell us if anyone asks you for money in our name, or to pay a different account.
- Software and student project work: Prices are set out in a written quote or agreement before work starts. Payment is made offline, by bank transfer or UPI, using the details in that quote. Any tax that applies to a particular invoice is shown on that invoice.
- No online checkout: This website does not take card payments or collect banking passwords.
- Refunds and cancellations: See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
7. Client & Apprentice Portal Usage
Access to private portal workspaces is granted strictly via administrative invitation or verified login credentials.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials. Sharing accounts, reverse engineering private APIs, or attempting unauthorized privilege escalation is strictly prohibited.
- Rate Limiting: All authentication and resource endpoints are actively protected by rate limiters. Automated scraping, penetration testing without prior authorization, or denial-of-service attempts will trigger immediate IP blacklisting.
8. Warranties, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Except as explicitly provided in an executed Client Master Services Agreement, all web resources, free project idea statements, tools, and blog publications are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
In no event shall ARdevlopers Technologies, its founders, or team members be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, cloud hosting provider outages, or third-party API interruptions.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms or use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
