Last updated and effective: October 31, 2026
Our Core Privacy Principles
All client submissions, resume files, and tokens transfer over TLS 1.3 encryption.
No advertising cookies, data broker sales, or behavioral profiling. Optional analytics runs only after you opt in.
Resumes and student contact details are kept strictly in private cloud storage.
1. Our Privacy Commitment
At ARdevlopers Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), we treat the privacy, confidentiality, and security of our clients, apprentices, and website visitors with paramount importance. This Privacy Policy details the types of personal data we collect, how it is processed and secured, and your rights concerning your personal information.
We adhere to data protection standards including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and global privacy benchmarks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to deliver high-quality engineering services, coordinate technical mentorship, and manage client communication:
- Client & Commercial Inquiries: Contact name, business email, phone number, project requirements, budget parameters, and technical specifications submitted via our consultation or quote calculators.
- Student & Apprentice Applications: Full name, university/college affiliation, degree and year of study, phone number, email address, GitHub profile, portfolio URL, statement of purpose, and uploaded resume (PDF/DOCX).
- Payment Records: Payments for project work are made offline (bank transfer or UPI) against a written quote. We keep quotes, invoices and the payment references you send us. This website does not collect card numbers or banking passwords.
- Portal Account Authentication: Authorized email address, securely salted and hashed passwords (via bcrypt), and assigned system roles.
- Technical Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, IP addresses for security rate limiting, browser user-agent, and correlation IDs generated strictly for error monitoring and defense against cyberattacks.
3. How We Process & Use Information
Your personal data is processed solely for lawful, designated operational purposes:
- To scope, design, construct, test, and deploy custom software products for our clients.
- To evaluate candidates for remote educational apprenticeship cohorts and schedule interview discussions.
- To provide code reviews, track milestone completion, and issue authenticated, verifiable completion credentials.
- To enforce cybersecurity policies, detect fraudulent activity, and safeguard our client portals.
4. Student Resume & Application Storage
Student resumes and academic credentials submitted during application intake are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections and stored within private, access-controlled cloud storage buckets.
- Resume files are inaccessible to public web scrapers and search engine spiders.
- Access is restricted solely to authorized engineering mentorship leads and admissions staff.
- Unaccepted applications are purged after the selection cycle, while enrolled apprentices have records maintained for graduation audit trail.
5. Public Certificate Registry Disclosures
To let employers, recruiters and educational institutions check a certificate, ARdevlopers provides a public verification page at /verify. Anyone with a certificate ID can check it; the certificate PDF, a public link and a QR code are shared only where public verification has been enabled for that certificate. Certificates are issued by ARdevlopers Technologies and are not issued or endorsed by AICTE, UGC, any university or any government body.
When a credential is verified via its Certificate ID or QR code, only non-sensitive educational achievements are displayed:
- Certified Recipient Name
- Unique Certificate ID (
ARDEV-INT-YYYY-XXXX) - Internship Title & Engineering Field
- Apprenticeship Start and Completion Dates
- Issuance Date and Valid / Revocation Status
Personal phone numbers, emails, home addresses, and private evaluation notes are never displayed on the public verification page.
7. Your Data Subject Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, you retain full rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete records.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data when no longer needed for regulatory compliance.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request suspension of data processing in case of disputes.
If you have an account, you can also download your data or request deletion yourself at /account/privacy. To exercise any of these rights by email, contact our data privacy team at contact@ardevlopers.online. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
