Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
In short
- Program fees: the amount and refund terms are confirmed to you in writing before you pay. Nothing is charged when you apply.
- For paid project work, refund and cancellation terms are the ones written in your quote or agreement.
- Payments are made offline against a written confirmation or quote. Pay only the account details in it.
1. Training & mentorship programs (internships)
Our remote training and mentorship programs charge a program fee. It covers the training, mentorship, certificate and letters; the certificate and letters are issued only on successful completion. The amount is not listed on this website. We confirm it to you in writing before you pay anything, and submitting an application does not charge you.
- Refund terms: the terms for your program fee are stated in the written confirmation you receive before you pay. If they are not stated, ask us before you pay and keep our written answer. We do not promise a refund that is not written down.
- No stipend: these programs are training, not employment. You pay the company; the company does not pay you.
See the current program terms on the internships page.
2. Software and student project work
Prices, payment stages and delivery dates for custom software, mobile apps and student projects are set out in a written quote or agreement before work begins. That document is also where cancellation and refund terms for the project are recorded.
- Read before you pay: check the payment stages and any cancellation or refund terms in your quote or agreement.
- If the quote is silent: ask us how cancellation and refunds work for that project before you pay, and keep our written answer.
- What is refundable: this depends on the quote or agreement for your project. We do not make refund promises that are not written there.
3. How payments are made
Payments for program fees and for project work are made offline, by bank transfer or UPI, to the account details given in our written confirmation or quote. This website has no online checkout and does not collect card details or banking passwords.
To protect yourself, pay only to account details that appear in a written confirmation or quote sent from our contact email, and confirm with us if you are unsure. Never pay a different account or person. Keep your payment receipt and reference.
4. Certificates and verification
There is no separate charge for issuing or checking a certificate: its cost is part of the program fee, and checking one is free. Certificates are company-issued by ARdevlopers Technologies and are not issued or endorsed by AICTE, UGC, any university or any government body. See Certificate Verification.
5. How to ask for a cancellation or refund
Email contact@ardevlopers.online with:
- your name and the email address used for the project,
- your quote, agreement or project reference,
- the payment details (date, amount, method and transaction reference), and
- what you are asking for and why.
We will review it against your quote or agreement and reply in writing. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute terms in our Terms & Conditions apply.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any right you have under applicable law, including consumer protection law. If this policy and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies to that project.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not alter the terms of a quote or agreement you have already accepted.
