The Technical Solution & Architecture
ARdevlopers engineered a bespoke full-stack clinical platform built with React 18, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB Atlas, featuring direct browser-to-browser WebRTC encrypted video consulting. We integrated STUN/TURN traversal fallback to guarantee crystal-clear connectivity across strict hospital firewalls and rural mobile cellular networks.
To solve the clinical workflow bottleneck, we implemented an in-call digital prescription canvas enabling doctors to draft, cryptographically sign, and dispatch PDF medical prescriptions to patients and partner pharmacies in real time via automated SMS and WhatsApp notification webhooks.
