EduFlow LMS & Automated Proctor Examination Engine

A premier competitive coaching academy conducting weekly mock entrance exams struggled with paper test distribution and 48-hour grading turnaround delays. Transitioning to online testing resulted in widespread student cheating via browser tab switching and copy-pasting answers into search engines. The academy needed an uncompromising examination environment capable of handling 1,500 simultaneous examinees clicking submit within the same 60-second window without crashing the server.

ARdevlopers built EduFlow: an enterprise-grade learning management and testing platform. The frontend features an anti-cheat examination canvas that enforces fullscreen mode, detects window blur and tab switches, disables copy-paste shortcuts, and logs suspicious events to the proctoring dashboard. The backend utilizes an event-driven Express architecture with Redis queue worker offloading to instantaneously grade multiple-choice submissions, calculate percentile ranks against cohort averages, and produce comprehensive subject-wise weakness reports.
